We will personally work with you to guide you through the process in person, on Facetime or Zoom, and when completed we will provide you with a mock-up of your jacket colours for final approval. Once approved the jacket will be made which takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks. We are adept at making jackets from measurements, if in the unlikely event that there is a problem with fit, this will be remedied with no questions asked, just a smile and our undivided attention – it is therefore completely risk free.
Select from over 175 different options in sleeves, lapels, backs, fabrics, colours, trims, buttons, and linings. The options are endless, and Lotus Romeo have every base covered.
For the first time riders will be able to make style statements which nod to their personalities and individuality. At no extra cost, riders are able, and encouraged, to combine all their favourite features from each jacket to suit their own style.
Each jacket is crafted from new technologically advanced fabrics which are lightweight, and breathable with ingenious stretch properties. They are extremely comfortable, offering ultimate freedom of movement for the rider. With great thought going into health and hygiene, all the jackets are fully machine washable and will line dry within an hour saving on any dry-cleaning bills.

Once your order has been placed we will then provide full measurement guides which we will help you complete via Zoom, and we are happy to provide you with as many photos of the fabrics and combinations as you would like, we want this to be perfect for you. We do our very best to accommodate if there are special requests for colours.

How does the process work?
From measuring to making, the process of ordering your Lotus Romeo jacket couldn’t be easier.
We start your journey with a quick chat, discuss what you are looking to create, if you have any ideas or boots/hat you would like to match.
Then, once the creative juices are flowing we will send over initial design sketches showing your chosen jacket styles & colour combinations. There is no limit to the changes we can make at this point – so ask away to see as many variations as you need! This can all be done at your convenience over whatsapp or email.
Once we are close to choosing your final style we will arrange a fitting call with one of our expert fitters, either at our showroom, at a show or via Zoom!
Once we have your measurements and have agreed your final design, we ask for a 50% deposit to place your order. This kicks off the making process – which begins with a pattern that is digitally created just for you. We keep this pattern on file, so ordering a new jacket is even easier!
Once your jacket is made, and on its way to us, we will email an invoice for the final 50% payment and once that is settled, your jacket will be on its way to you ready to make you feel elegant & confident!
